I picked up a 12 lb boneless ribeye from Costco. And all the sides I could think of. Sister just bought a new range I will be putting to work. Might have to use mine and pre cook some of it. Case of 805s to wash it down.

Almost all my spots were closed tonight. Ended up at GEN.

I'm a few days late, but we did a pork shoulder in our little smoker today. It turned out pretty damn good!!
