My dad did the same thing on his Motorhome Alcoas. I spend 5 minutes with a DA sander, 15 minutes by hand with some 400, 600, and 1000 grit set paper, then went after it with a polishing wheel on a die grinder. 30 minutes good as new. Any body shop should be able to shoot clear on it for damn near free...just tell them to hit next time there’s clear in the gun.

Just use the dually wheel with it offset out. It'll look stupid and isn't good on the wheel hubs but it'll get you off the highway and somewhere to get the tire fixed.
