The eastbound 10 and 177 northbound ramp is closed heading to Vidal. You have to go down to corn springs and turn around and then double back to the west bound ramp. We just went to Erenburg, and headed up. There is a construction detour almost into town, that takes you east, but doesn’t give you directions to head back towards Parker, it just takes you into the hay fields where a large Indian woman will try and rape you. In hindsight, I’d have taken the 95 in Blythe, into Vidal, and then went 62 into Parker.

We were on that detour Monday on Burns Rd. I told the Wife if we don’t see some end to this, I’m unlocking the gun safe!!
But the worst was coming back from visiting friends in Big River the detour had no signage at all, was 3 miles past Burns Rd. before I realized!

I just saw they had it closed this morning on my way to the station. I haven't had a chance to talk to the chippies in the area to see when it will open again

Mohave Road closed just past the Indian School for bridge replacement, if the one coming through Erensburg is any example it’s going to be a while!

Couldn't you get off at Eagle Mountain Road and parallel the 10 on Ragsdale Rd till you get to 177?

Closed till May 27!

Are the 3 ramps (circled) closed and the green ramp open? If going to Parker from So CA can you get through?

Just like I found out, the ramp is coned off. You can either go to corn springs rd like 5-10 miles up and turn around, and hit the west bound ramp, or you head to Erenburg. I recommend going up the 95 to Vidal then the 62. The road work in the CRIT is fucked up, and they detour you east but don’t tell you how to go north. Not a big deal, it’s all a grid around the crops, but the roads are superfucked up.

Has to be one of the worst marked detours ever. A small cone marks where you need to turn. Complete PIA.

I might start going to Quartsite, then take the AZ95. Slightly longer, but should be about the same time.

If you are coming EB you should be able to get off at Eagle Mountain Rd to Ragsdale Rd.

I seem to recall years back when the bridge washed out between Eagle Mt. Rd and Desert Center they had that exit closed off too because those old wooden bridges across the washes were not in the best of shape....wonder if that's still the case, I haven't been paying attention really. I don't imagine they're up for some of the loads going down the 10.

You can always take the scenic route through Yucca Valley and Twentynine Palms and hook up to the 62 (that you’re already on) at the T at the 177/62 intersection at the stop sign.

Hate going through the town though with all the lights.

Would like to know if anyone has actually proven that Ragsdale is viable route off of Eagle Mountain Rd. I know it's an old road and sounds like there is a sketchy bridge crossing that may or may not be open?

I took it when I went out there on Saturday. Super easy. Nothing sketchy at all. They did have a electronic sign saying no trucks allowed. When you go home you can still get on the westbound 10 from desert Center.
