I was driving down London Bridge Road today on my dirt bike and noticed a steel storage building that had an end office unit advertising "Beef". At first I wasn't sure if it was a restaurant or a store. Walked in, looks like it's a store that sells meat. I took two seconds to look at the store menu and about fell over on the pricing (Ribeye $110), but I'm a cheap mofo until can process the deal. The place is named Herradina American Wagyu Beef. What I saw in the coolers looked great. Anyone try this place yet? Thoughts? @RiverDave , we need a review...

I tried this place a month ago at the advice of my neighbor. I did get the $100 rib eye… was it worth it, probably not. Personally, I’d go to Just Meats and get a prime rib eye for a third of that and call it good.

Ok so I looked it up. You can get a 1.5” thick, 16oz American Wagyu ribeye, Gold label (the tip top), for about $100 from SRF.

I’d trust SRF to deliver what they are selling over some one selling beef out of a storage unit.

All about the marbling fellas.... that spot sounds high $ but sold on weight.... once you go Wagu its tough to return to Choice.

I'm having to season the shit outta the beef in Baja.... might buy a mallet to beat this shit tender.... Mexicans don't know what Prime is round here.

A good buddy of mine opened up a new market/butcher called Roadhouse Market off Swanson. They sell a variety of fresh cut meat, check it out.
