What a blast Lake Havasu was, most kindred spirits I have ever been around. Wish I would have had more than a couple of days, whirlwind short trip.
Special thanks to Headless Hula for the 84 mile long tour of the lake, bad ass little hot rod he has. We stopped at Pirates for a couple of cold ones, I could see a midweek day of drinking in that place. Got me a friend for life.
Thank you Tommy (wasthatguy) for the hospitality, it truly was a pleasure meeting you.
Got to meet Getreal and see his toybox, what a cool guy with some really neat racing history.
Only chatted for a few but met and talked with Sawtooth, have fun with the boat project.
Met Dave and bought some swag from the store, settled into a comfortable conversation like we had known each other for years which I suppose in a way we have.
Looking forward to going back and meeting others, definitely stay longer next time.
