What’s the deal with the permit? Is this all over Havasu?
There's one at the end of my street too. What’s the deal with the permit? Is this all over Havasu? View attachment 1311580
It’s always been that way. They just didn’t have it posted. Family permit it $20
YesIs this different than the OHV sticker we get for our license plate at the MVD?
Is the permit enforced and what is the fine for getting caught without?
Nice hills to hang out on during sunset. View attachment 1311626
Our ranch area is mixed private and large parcel squares of AZ State Trust Land. A couple of years ago they came up there and using various means block off any access to the washes we've used forever to access the state land adjoining our properties, often as short cuts.'We the people' own that land. I say use just don't abuse it.
Ask the state enforcing the trust land if they can come out and help for something and the response will be something like, “we only have one person for the whole state so we can’t help you right now”.
LOl take that and gamble whether you’ll ever be stopped on state land trust. The other option is to have an AZ hunting license and say you are hunting. That’s a valid pass.
You have complete and unfettered access to state trust lands if you are driving through and don’t stop.
The part I wasn't aware of (but posted above), was that a permit is required for each individual, not just the driver or the vehicle. All of the light blue is State Trust Land, go online pay the $20, print out the permit and put it in your glove box. No worries. View attachment 1311693

I don't know of anywhere in Lake Havasu where one can be purchased, I believe online is the only option.
Family permits gets two adults and minor children. If you have a large family with older kids, I guess you guy two or three family permits ?
