I've said it before but I'll say it again. I think this is such a cool project with such HUGE potential. But gawd damn it's gonna make an already overgrown Havasu 10 times worse with traffic and shit.

How much are the lots going for and I thought these were going to be sold as prebuilt homes, not lots. Or is a lot purchase come with a house build?

Can’t even get a price out of them unless you show up at the event. From what I heard they are selling the lots. But have a list of preferred builders, and probably plans.

They have a builder pack left where you can buy six or more. According to that you will get a tour.. and you can sign up for a sign up sheet.

No different than what it was.. They did install a bridge from one of the phases to another but other than that not much has changed.

We have a builder that might take a builder pack in phase 1. Thought being we buy six to eight lots (cheaper in qty) and build.. bring two to three guys in on that with the builder taking the rest.

I asked the developer when we could have something we can actually build on (utilities to the lot / roads / curb gutter etc) and waiting to hear back.
As for ourselves we aren’t affiliated with them anymore. As soon as I get that answer back from them, we will have a meeting with them, but that’s about it.
