Does anybody know of any available 40' - 45' X 12'-14' Wide Storage Units available and monthly rent? I know back a few years ago most 40' - 45' units were hard to come by and with all the new Storage Facilities being built. Has the availability improved?

Depot storage (across from Home Depot but not affiliated). Pretty sure they have spots available. It’s not cheap but what is nowadays.

This was one of the driving factors into building a home with RV & Boat Garage Storage a few years back. Between my Toyhauler and Boat I was paying around $900 per month to just park them. Between the $11K storage savings, not paying for Hotels at probably $5K per summer, and renting our home to Snowbirds for $10K in the winter, and the tax write offs it pretty much covers my mortgage and then some.

Not sure it would pan out with todays home prices. I started my build right before all the Covid Pricing started.

What are you storing and what duration of time do you need enclosed storage?

Id be interested in winter storage. toon with a length of about 35' on the trailer. Late October to April or May. We are there every 2 weeks in the winter, so it can be pulled out anytime really.
