I don't think I would want that surface drive in this boat. I can pretty much guarantee you're not going to ski someone with that boat. Surface drives are only good for top end and suck trying to get out of the hole fast.

I will say one thing....rare is not good in boats. Rare means it didn't work well. The boats that work well are all over the place, but hold their value because they do work well.

There are thousands of 19 foot Eliminator Daytona jets out there....I think there are about 10 or so 19 Daytonas with a V Drive...makes sense.

I've been eyeballing the ads on this 210. It's a cool boat and I wouldn't hesitate with that drive in that boat. I saw those drives at an equipment show quite some time ago and the tunnel design eliminates some of the low speed characteristics. They are widely used in all types of boats howevermy only hesitation would be parts due to its foreign manufacture. If I had the cash I'd love to play with it. I would much prefer LH drive tho.
