Guys who use fastrak…got a text notice of an outstanding charge

I don’t use it. The wife has a transponder on her moms acct that she used in a vehicle registered under my name with the DMV, and also assigned to the acct.

Themis is the 2nd one of these I’ve received.

Scam. I got letters twice from a “lawyer “ about two different tolls on a highway in Denver that I hadn’t ever been on and didn’t know where it even was until I googled it. I called the number of “the firm” and got some snippy little bitch that said I was going to collections and I had to pay them. I told her to call RR because he likes to put it in the back door and she sounded like a good candidate. She hung up on me. So I called the toll company direct and asked them what the license number was as I had never been any where near there. Funny part was she said “well we only have a partial.” What a joke.

I don't deal with them as I don't have an acct...the MIL has the wife on her acct, but figured with the new 4runner in my name instead of the old one in her name, maybe they got my number that way?

Total scam, i have recieved many telling me that they got my plate in san fransico, haven't been in frisco in 30years, call the number it goes to voice mail and is located in quebec, it's all a scam money/identiy grab
