I went with the Blue Rhino because of the built in cover / shelf.
Safety tip #1 when cleaning with water make sure your arm in not over the steam.
#2 do not leave the scraper laying on the side of the griddle then grab it a few minutes later.
#3 make sure you buy wood handle

I really like my Blue Rhino griddle! Picked up the $7 magnetic paper towel holders at Harbor Freight. Also got the 2 can magnetic holder but haven't found a place to mount it - intent was for the plastic bottles of water and olive oil. A "tool" tray below the knobs would be ideal.

My Blackstone is the best grill/griddle ever and the center rear grease trap with angled steel is super easy to scrape into

Yo dummy....try putting a paper towel under them utensils on the side shelf.....lol....I would never leave my shit all up on the griddle like that and not expect it to be too hot. 😂😂😂
