Congrats... I love SW FL. Especially the area you will be in. Cape Coral and Fort Myers. I lived there in the summer time from April to Sep. in 1996 and then again April till June in 1997 when I was playing baseball for KC. One of my best friends/old teammates lives there. His wife grew up in Cape Coral. Well known family there. She is a RE Agent there (Danielle Paraldi).

Like Ive said before...Ive been on the SE Fla side my whole life Lauderdale North ...No Land unless you buy and tear down...High Crime...Even in areas that was known to be safe...Waterfront pieces of shit
are going for 750K up and thats west of US 1 (federal Hwy)..And the Taxes are Out of this world...

Enter West Coast (gulf Side) Lots of lots Lots of Nav Water great homes for good money and Low Low Crime...No Brainer:thumbup:
