Who to take it to? There is no body work needed, just a white base coat and I think I want to do an american flag airbrushing

There's a guy in Long Beach, Hot Paint I believe, that does airbrush. Don't know if you want to go that far.

What about wrapping it instead?

I recommend you give Joe @ PaintWorx in Lake Elsinore a call if you don't mind a little drive. He did my Harley twice ,I got compliments everywhere I rode. He was a fraction of the cost of a well known paint shop in O.C. ( rock n roll custom) and the paint he applied blew theirs away.I beleive the number is 951 538 0611
