I’ve seen it done...by guys with a lot more steady hand than me.Anyone on here into this I’m wanting to learn how to do it
That's the truth. My grandfather and his partner did all of it in the Crocker art museum.unfortunately, most of the guys that did it right are dead...
Here’s a little silver leaf and lace action just layed down today.

Dave Barr at Cal Signs here in the IE does it.The last guy I knew actually still doing it was out in Orange...or maybe Corona. Styles, I believe it was Styles Lines and Designs. I had whimped out and went with marblizers...Not exact, but not bad, and materials were more forgiving for me.
That’s cool! Here’s a little silver leaf and lace action just layed down today.

Leaf and Lace!
Don’t see much custom lace jobs these days.
Maybe I should get busy and pull some off in gelcoat.
Leave it!!!View attachment 712816
Not my orig design/plan. Can’t decide if I’ll leave it or change it. It’s growing on me.
Leave it!!!
It has style, and is unique.
How often do you really see custom touches like these anymore?
The colors lend themselves well to be accented with hand pin striping several ways.
A simple change of accenting pinstripe colors can give that same basic leaf/lace design an entirely new attitude.
You could throw a new pinstripe combo at it yearly and find what “fits” you. Custom!
