Andy Reid and the Kelces go back about 15 years. They have a unique history and relationship in the sport. You don't agree with it, that's fine, but I'm pretty sure Coach Reid knows how to handle Travis just fine. If you watch any of his interviews he really does not come off that way at all.

I've seen guys bleeding, and in truly harsh situations, maintain their calm and composure...for what may be quite meager pay. If someone makes millions to play a game, and is a role model to youth, they should try and at least act professional. In the real world, shouting at your supervisor rarely works out well. Bad lessons to promote I'd think.

Andy Reid knows the politics of the business. He’s been in the league long enough to know how to play the game. Any coach at any level from college and up isn’t going to risk making this a talking point and potentially distract from their biggest win of the year.
