How many collateral damage trailers I wonder? Single trailer fire looks like it could wipe out several others
atleast 2 trailers fully burned. The other 2 may have smoke/heat damage. Especially the white warrior behind.

I noticed these guys have TONS of solar panels onthe ground. Could be a battery related fire

It it was say Saturday or other holiday weekend on Friday or sat I agree people literally park on top of each other and no room to drive out.

Sorry, I am not sympathetic to this, I could never leave $100k rigs (and more) parked out there for 5 months. Tired of people that think they can do whatever they want out there and leave their stuff unattended for months at a time. And to take it a step further, ghost camping in the washes?? This is just being lazy. Tons of room park.

It seems a little excessive. I’ve never seen something like that out there.

Solar trailers are definitely a thing...

My friend and client Doug, who we just lost to cancer, was an Expert on building them. In fact, Boardmanville Trading Post is powered completely by a system that Doug built for them.

The old noisy diesel generator is only for back up power now.

The problem is...

To build em correctly is EXPENSIVE! He would constantly have people tell him, "your nuts, I can get the same thing for half of your price!".

So maybe this is one of those half price builds, he was (not) competing with?

His system at Boardmanville, has been up and running for years. 👍🏼

RIP Doug. You are missed.

… Pretty easy to screw up when building a solar system… gotta have a charge controller, for sure…but some people undersize on the wiring, which could heat up.and cause a fire… I got lucky I got hooked up with a German electronics engineer, who sold me all my panels my battery bank …charge controller …inverter and he guided me through the building process… Wire sized correctly… It lasted me 21 years till a forest fire came through and burnt it all to a crisp…

… a friend of mine who had a solar installation company could not believe how Inexpensively I had built mine for…

… the engineer who I bought all my parts from… Would wait till he had a group of people together to cut down on material costs…
… he later sold me a blem 110 W solar panel really cheap… Which is still on the roof of my Lance camper…

lol exactly my point! I don’t know if yer being funny or don’t know what I’m talking about? Glamis peeps see and know what I’m talking about.
They show up, tape it off and leave to return with their RV's days later, take it down and throw it away, tell them you don't know what they're talking about, there was no yellow tape there when you got there.

There is usually 1 or 2 there that put up the tape. Waiting for there crew. You take it down and a fight ensues.

Kinda goes both ways. I have been camped in the washes and woke up to a group camped 20' away with the whole other half the wash wide open.

Wash 4.
Were able to get 3 trailers and moho moved
No trucks were at the camp
Solar trailer caught fire taking 2 other trailers with It.
Took over 40 min for fire truck to arrive.
Shout out to everyone who help move what they could to salvage as much as possible.
Solar trailer looked like it wasn’t on fire in your picture of it. 🤔

EDIT** picture you posted. No idea if you took it or just shared it.

I used the yellow tape in G but only after I set up camp and put it up to protect my site from people running through/into my camper. I always camped near trees & bushes so there were plenty cutting between them.
