I’m lazy and hate making fixtures if I can avoid it. Customer called and said needed “a few” of these…11/16 OD with 1/2” hole in the middle, 0.215 long…+/- .005”.
Customer showed with a 3 ft stick of 11/16 aluminum round…needs 64, needs them today.
I don’t have a DRO or a trav-a-dial on my lathe…so making 64 of anything the same length is a good trick.
My solution…lol
