GD.com cant log in

Since the new format change I cant login and have sent numerous password reset requests and never get the email even thought it says it has sent it to the email given.
Anyone else having this problem?

no problem here, user name and password came over on the new platform as well, didn't need to re-log in.

Maybe try a different browser? Or clear the cache on yours?

@RiverDave , The not getting email confirmations might be a thing @Admin Dude may have to check out as the lack of emails could mean that he needs to reset the admin email password associated with the forums. It’s a security thing sometimes created inside of o365. Passwords may need to be reset once a quarter.

If you didn't create a new account, after the melt down, you no longer have an account.

Make a new one and be re-born!

What caused you to get banned?

Disagreement with the management. Or maybe the management disagreed with me?

But a new sheriff is in town and logged me back in. So it’s all good now.

They had a total data loss a year and a half or so ago. It’s part of the reason I bought the site.

We are working on it everyday to make it better.

If the username wasn’t recreated after that data loss you’d have to recreate the account.


I’m not 100% sure why people are not receiving their emails because when we tested it works fine
