There was a diesel shortage this week. Wholesale diesel pricing jumped $.30 at the rack. Stations will probably start or have already started adjusting pricing, they trail a little bit behind the rack pricing. Didn't have any gas shortages but that pricing still jumped alot as well

Would not expect prices to come down anytime soon. Went up a few cents by me recently.

I think that prices for fuel will go up before, or if they ever go back down. I am OK with that. Overall the price of fuel has only gone up around 60% in the last 25 years. Vehicles get better MPG also in the last 25 years so nearly a wash.

What does get me is how the price of a vehicle, housing, building materials, food, taxes, and so on has gone up. All the time wages have fluctuated a bit, but not really gone up overall.

Might just be me, or my area but that's what it is.

Was $1.80 in 2020. I drove from Vegas to Laughlin daily for years. When I started it cost $8 a day. By 2022, it was $16 round trip
