Ur coach looks awfully tall to be on a trailer like that. Max height for a tractor trailer is 14' 13' 6" in some states. if ur coach is 11' or less ur good. Any higher and I check the roof for scratches and any other damage.

Not in vegas. Not for a local tow :p my company is inkahoots with quality towing in vegas. I couldnt make out the name on the door. Might have been ewing brothers.

This rv thing just isn't working for you. First a "bad deal", now getting towed for the first trip! Good documentation for the upcoming lemon law dealio. ;)

well, the bad deal was 44k ... the new deal was 26k I call that lucky

went to mvd in havasu... title in hand... very fortunate

wheel seal leaking in my own drive way...very lucky and fortunate..

could have been leaking coming down baker grade and got a grease fire that burned off the brakelines...

Hey Steve, have them oil the fucking door while it back at the dealer. Really you pay good money and a lot of it at that for a brand new RV and the door squeeks like a some bitch.
Hope it's fixed for ya soon so you can enjoy it!!!!!

they told me, drive it to ford...

I said, ok .. right after you send me a reg. letter stateing that you will assume full responibility if the thing burns, or I get in a wreck cause the brakes fail...

they said... we'll just come get it....cool:rolleyes:;)

Well done, that smartass attitude on the phone treating you like some much garbage...that right there would have had me looking for some idiot to strangle. I dunno, something happened to me a couple of years ago when I turned 50. My tolerance level for people like that has gone to dang near zero.

If that's a Workhorse chassis, there's been a recall on the rear brake calipers for some time now. You may want to ask the selling dealer why they didn't address the recall before selling the coach and endangering you and all your passengers, as well as everyone else on the road.

Griping? No, just pointing out the obvious. Someone has to post that it IS a waste of time to view before you can decide NOT to, right?
Glad he caught the problem before something serious happened. :thumbsup

Don't worry. Chevy has their problems too. Ours was towed 50 miles on its maiden voyage. Throttle body probs. Replaced the entire intake/throttle body to fix it. Happened a couple times before they got it right.

I don't think there are anymore class A chevy's, since they quit the 8.1

Back in 98 when my MH was new we must of had like 10 warranty claims. Nothing with the Ford part but a bunch of box related crap.

The best MH to buy is one that is 2 years old. Where the original purchaser just gave up after all the shit was fixed. :D

We have friends that had to take their Beaver back to Oregon because nobody could fix the issues right. They stayed there a month while the factory sorted it out. Now they hate the thing.

So nobody could figure out what was wrong with the beaver and now he hates it?

If it was on recall, the dealer could NOT sell it before the recall was corrected....
