On my 26 Shadow Deck. Launched, idled in front of Nautical ramp, picked up wife then headed south. Died before we hit the end of the no wake zone. 2 trips in a row I have broken down.

Smoke was from boat fire at Windsor ramp. Electrical or fuel related. Saw boat leaving Windsor and smoke made it look bad. Might not be a total loss IMO
