Not with the left front wheel canted like that. Suspension failure?

If it’s on of those freeway tow trucks they are not the smartest he can tow it like that if he put it in neutral but they suggest only doing that to get To get off the freeway and then switch to flatbed the freeway tow trucks can only tow you off the freeway they can not take you too any shop

Probably couldn't. Ford uses stupid 12 point bolts with green locktite on the U-joints. Our drivers used to break several sockets every week on Ford drivelines.

if a 4x4, F150's are very easily flat towable. Just rotate the 4x4 switch from 2h to 4l back and forth 5 times then the screen pops up that your transfer case is in neutral and ready for flat towing.
