These 2 ladies that do the real estate....Lisa and Lois....I can't get either one of them to answer any questions I have.There may be loans available, I would talk with these gals, they will know if you can get something or not.

Yea maybe put wrong price first time, offer 15k and see what happens.Man these things appreciate quick, price went up 25% already.

Not the park owned but another 1. They got a project for sure. 3 more owners this last weekend that bought second place at Echo. With a 4th looking. The top dollar one sold setting the record high sale in Echo that I know of. Also heard 1 topped the 440k sale in Windmill at 485K.Did the McGregor's buy that place?
No full time. G-row?I am interested in selling my Echo Mobile, 2 bdrm/1 Bath, 14'x56'. One of the most desired lot in Echo, with best view of the river. PM if interested, I do not want to get swamped with questions globally by people. I do have a couple that want to buy and actually came back a year later, asking if I would sell. I want to keep this simple, if you are serious, 65K to 70K, it is a very desired location, but will not give out the location globally. Thanks.

Yep, I did not know Bobby, but I do know these are rare on the market. Great location..I know the place. Bobby (RIP) owned the one next door for a while.

Can throw in golf cart or 2 if you want to be in the game right away. I got a nice buoy in place for boat, just bring shorts. and beer. Pool just redone and bar is open. Trailer is now gray with white trim.
