It's BLM, sand dunes are smaller. We usually sit up there at sunset and listen to music from Sundance. See if I can find a few pics.

When we were looking, we were told that places on BLM land can only be occupied a certain amount of days per year, yet you still pay space rent year round. So, no full time. Anyone know details? We were looking at Big Bend and Echo

Not the park owned but another 1. They got a project for sure. 3 more owners this last weekend that bought second place at Echo. With a 4th looking. The top dollar one sold setting the record high sale in Echo that I know of. Also heard 1 topped the 440k sale in Windmill at 485K.

No full time. Vacation pads only unless you are on the payroll then somehow they get a pass.

Yes Windmill 2 the newer mobiles not old Windmill. The one that just sold was over 140k I was told but did not see the cash or count it myself.
