This first 30 minutes was tough to watch.. I will watch the rest of it today, but it felt to me like Trump has lost some ground cognitively
Really? He's been campaigning not stop state after state working 18 hr days. To me maybe a little tired but has all his senses he is out working most 50 year olds!

Vance was a great interview.

He sounded like a well spoken blue collar worker. He wasn’t trying to sound intellectual by big words or innuendo of privileged information.
His revelation about the attempted assassins professionally “scrubbed“ home was something…….
Looking forward to his rise in politics.

Donald fucking Trump has ALWAYS been who Donald fucking Trump is. You get the good with the bad and the bad with the good.

Why would anyone expect him to be different now that he's 78 years old? 😆

I thought JD did an excellent job on Rogan. I'm a big fan. 🤤😍🤤😍🤤

Pull your pants up DB
I'm an hour in and Vance is killing it.

Going back to the Trump one. I actually think Trump did amazing. I'm surprised here on RDP that no one is talking about where he was discussing energy and how California is basically failing. He's completely right about the fuel, deforestation, and most importantly the water.

Listened to the Vance episode tonight on the way to Havasu.

He clearly explains an issue, his stance, and why the other side’s stance isn’t great without sounding like he’s talking shit. You could say that he respectfully talks shit 😂 This is what Trump is missing.

He did a really good job. Guy is super smart and word choice is on point. He’ll be a conservative superstar for a long time.

As someone who knew absolutely nothing about Vance before listening to this episode. I feel like he did well. It is nice to get to listen (I don't watch the videos I just listen while I am at work) to a long form conversation of a politician.

I listened to Trumps also, Trumps gonna Trump.

I didn’t watch the interview, but I am curious why anyone would spend three hours of their life watching this type of stuff? 8 years we’ve been hearing what he has to say at this point, was there any new developments?

I was watching the World Series on Fox sports the other night and through a political advertisement I learned than illegal immigrants are coming to America to go to prison and get sex changes and Harris is supporting them to do this😳 I honestly had no idea that is why they were coming here, I’d think if word gets out that they’ll throw you in prison in America and chop your dick off people wouldn’t want to come here 😂😂

It's like having the tv on for background noise. I listen to 3 hour pod casts while at work to help the time go by.

Now baseball that is something I wonder how anyone could watch that for 5 minutes much less hours after hours.

My thoughts are all these interviews and campaigning are really irrelevant. Both candidates have a four year record. How was the country doing under Trump versus the dingbat? You have to go by what people do, not what they say.

I disagree, if Trump/Vance are consistent with their talk on policy and support their agenda with data, this will be a huge contrast to Harris/Walz being all over place and avoiding all data from the last 4 years.

Also, people aren't always that bright to look at track record. They go hmmmm, I wanna hear what they have to say... and base their vote off of that.

Most people don't like hearing a whole bunch of flip-flopping.

That makes sense, I enjoy all the major games in any sport, World Cup soccer every four years is cool, but I don’t watch game of soccer if it’s not the tournament. March madness is also very enjoyable for me, but I don’t follow college basket ball. World Series and Super Bowl are the same, I enjoy them and when they are on. However I also tend to fall asleep during the games if I’m in a comfortable place LOL

The Rogan interview with JD was pretty easy to listen to, the man knows his facts and can explain them like a buddy would, as opposed to a politician. It made me watch the Hillbilly Elegy movie last night. I'd give the movie 4/5 stars, it was surprisingly well written and showed how his early life tempered him for his role in D.C. He had the type of background that every politician should have to be in a position to put the American people first.

I've been meaning to buy the book, but is the movie on streaming somewhere?

This is what the ruling class elite know is coming for them.

There are more critical and articulate thinkers coming up in conservative circles.
The ruling class can see the writing on the wall.

If they steal another election they’re not sure how much longer the pervasive pacifism is gonna last.

Vance is the next step closer to guys like us.

I think JD did great but even he struggled to really make a compelling argument for the roe v wade crowd. I’m pro life but I think at this point in time it is hurting us more than helping secure a conservative candidate victory.

If we continue to give them so much ammo on this topic we will lose all the other issues we feel so strongly about. I think at this point it’s clear the small amount of undecided fit more of the “socially liberal/fiscally conservative” crowd.

Good for you for stepping up to the plate. We need more like you.

He was clear it was a state issue. I just don’t think that wins over the people in the middle.

Yep, not a federal issue anymore and never should have been. It's been relegated to the states and the POTUS no longer has control over this issue. SCOTUS has spoken and it's time to move on. If you don't like the abortion laws in your state, you can move or work on changing them.

I think he did great in Roe vs Wade. He is personally pro life but it should be a state issue. He went in to talk about how most abortions are not for health reasons. Which was a polite way to say these hoes be having abortions as a form of birth control.

Well done on my opinion.
