Officer was completely un reasonable. That entire interaction once on the boat only Provided further evidence he was sober. Grew up with a cop dad and have heard all the stories and he had out me through the tests for fun. I hope that guy got a apology but also the cop couldn't back down once names were being dropped. Double edge sword.

FWC is full of dumbasses. “Speeding thru a manatee zone” gimme a break, all of south Florida is a fuckin manatee zone depending on the time of year. As soon as he showed him all the required safety equipment and no alcohol on the boat, it should’ve been “have a good day.” He’s the most responsible boater in Florida lol

Cop knew he was arresting this guy for BUI before he completed the stop.
Still glad enforcement is out there trying to protect our friends and family.
I don’t drink and would never submit to a field sobriety test after watching some of these videos. Once they ask to do or begin a FST. You are getting arrested. Why give them anything else to use against you?
