Summit says they can't get these until summertime. How is that even possible?

Because StopTech is effectively gone.

They sent out a letter to customers a few weeks ago announcing the move to Juarez Mexico and said that they might start shipping product again in Q3....might.

They haven't had an engineer (acting as an engineer) on staff in about 6 months. Nobody that knows anything about the business is still there. The First Brands Group fucks up everything they touch (buy).

PM me all the application details...I can get you what you need.

If anyone needs SS lines, I have a relationship with the outfit that supplied Stoptech a lot of their line components…I only currently stock SS lines for air cooled porsche, but I can get anything and my pricing is competitive….even on custom lines.

Thank all of you for the suggestions. He says he found some somewhere online for a similar price. I had ordered from Summit in early December as a Christmas gift and I kept getting emails pushing the delivery date back, then finally yesterday they said not until July 30.
I had heard it was sometimes hard to get engine parts too. I'm getting set to build a 454 next month. I'm a whole lot more nervous about getting it finished before summer now.

If you ever need the hard stainless steel lines go to fine lines, they’re the manufacture I’ve never had an issue
