Not the case here in the midwest. Our revenues are down year over year in three different companies, doing basically the same thing. For this years renewal they asked me if we needed to bump things up. My biggest line is 2.1 meg. And they wanted to go up? I havent needed the line in three years of recession. Basically due to lower revenues. The time that we do use it , is for year end to pay taxes and to pass checks in the night. 4% is the current rate if that helps. good luck.

It doesn't need to be posted here, but what is your net income relative to that 150k in revenue? That may be one of the reasons that you're not getting the love you need. There are tons of other factors, but as it has alreay been stated here by people running businesses in good shape with growth, banks are tight right now.

The credit card idea is actually the best bet because of the flexibility and lack of restrictions on your business and leverage ratios. It should be easier to get too. I shred at least one business card solicitation from the mail per week.

I get at least 10 call a week with people trying to give me loans for my business now i recognize the numbers on caller id and hang up on them.
If you want to give me your number i will forward it to one of these loan people.They will loan you 10k and you will pay it back off your credit card sales.They will take back a quarter off every cc sale.Not for me but may work if you are in a jam and don't mind paying.
