One of my better results.
Dry rubbed and peppered.
4 hour smoke
2 hour wrapped at 225, butter apple juice baste and steam.
45 minutes unwrapped at 250 basted with sauce.

Nicely done, add brown sugar with the apple cider and butter, and you will not regert it.

I use a brown sugar dusting in the rub.
Sometimes I’ll dissolve some in the steam mix, but I skipped it this time.
Was trying to go with a little less bark.
I did do a light mustard coat before wrapping.

Tommy and I are in the same wave length.
I put a rack of beef back ribs in to soak in a red neck mixture of coffee and Dr Pepper. Less of the Dr, I don’t care for sweet beef.
Another rack has a home made dry rub I put both on this morning.

I might smoke it tomorrow. The next day, I dunno.
I have some wings to smoke too.

Putting some time into food makes good food better.:)

I made a batch of my famous wings last week.
The plan was to eat some for dinner then take the rest up to my sister in laws house the next day.
I ate every wing that night. Made myself sick.
They are dangerously good.
