You will live to be 77 years, 4 months and 19 days old! That would be an acceptable run for me....lol

I can change that dramatically with a couple of changes.

Yes, no mention of anything hereditary.

If I quit my beer drinking I can get 20 more years. I am not here to try to live to 100.....when I am no longer able to take care of myself....give me a month to say good bye and I am good with that. I would never want to be a burden on anybody

Come on Chris, Live a little. :D

I guess the real question is............If you could, would you want to know when you are going to check out?
With my health anxiety, hell no! 😂 My goal is to live to see my daughter turn 18, ill be 66 at that time. If I dont shed 100lbs it aint happening. Shit has hit me like a brick.

Its time to step off pot and take action. I quit smoking 10 years ago, quit drinking 3 years ago, and now I need to quit EATING!

On that same note, we should all try to practice mindfullness and living in the moment. I suck at that! 😂

It seems I missed my appointment already.

Our top tips for a longer life

1) Maintain a Healthy Weight
Maintaining a healthy weight is vital to reduce the risk of developing diseases like diabetes, heart disease, and certain cancers.

2) Regular Exercise
Get moving for at least 30 minutes a day. Regular physical activity reduces the risk of chronic diseases like heart disease, diabetes, and certain cancers.

3) Stop Smoking
Avoid smoking and second-hand smoke. These can lead to various types of cancer, heart disease, and lung diseases.

4) Balanced Diet
Eating a balanced diet full of nutrient-rich fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains is critical. Avoid consuming too much processed foods, refined sugars, and unhealthy fats.

5) Drink Less (or no) Alcohol
Limit alcohol intake. While occasional social drinking is usually okay, heavy or prolonged drinking can lead to a number of health issues including liver disease, cardiovascular problems, and cancer.

6) Good Sleep
Try to get a good night's sleep. Quality sleep is important for overall health and well-being. It affects mood, memory, and healing processes.

7) Regular Check-ups
Regular screenings and medical check-ups can help detect problems early. This is especially important for conditions that don't always show noticeable symptoms, like high blood pressure or high cholesterol.

8) Manage Stress
Long-term stress can lead to a number of health issues. Practice stress management techniques like mindfulness, meditation, yoga, or other relaxation exercises.

9) Maintain Social Connections
Relationships and social interactions are vital for mental health. Loneliness and social isolation can lead to depression and cognitive decline.

10) Lifelong Learning
Keep your mind active. Lifelong learning, reading, solving puzzles, or other brain-engaging activities can help to keep your mind sharp and potentially delay the onset of cognitive decline.

Does Al Gore have anything to do with that death clock? Doesn’t he have a clock which said the world was going to end years ago?

I ain't lookin'...coming up on 20 years since I had a wreck, should have died, then flatlined on the table. I'm already in "bonus time" on the clock...don't need to know what it thinks.
29 years today since my big wreck, should have died but got out under my own power but busted up a bit, I used to be a lot better looking 🤣

Watched a 2024 quirky romantic comedy movie, "Running On Empty" just the other night based on this subject.
Young engaged couple trying to swing financing on a new home is required to obtain their Date of Death information and submit it as a condition of obtaining approval for a loan.
Once revealed, he has less than a year, she has a shit-ton. She promptly dumps him and his life gets real wonky from there.
We it's funny, it's tragic, he finds love, and well --- shit happens that couldn't have been predicted.
We enjoyed it and appreciated it's originality.

PS: Turned 77 in January, never imagined I'd live this long, never imagined I really wanted to --- however, now that I've come this far, I've decided I'd really like to stick around a bit longer and can only hope I can muster the strength I've witnessed in many others, to accomplish that goal. 👍🤞🙏
