Here are some pics of the Hull Plug. We are on schedule for a goal in November for Key West. Realistically we will have it done and tested for the Miami Show 2025.

First step is cutting the foam, second is the skin shown in black, then the slurry seal (tan color). Final cutting now.

We just finished the deck with all of the CAD. Now that will go into foam cutting on the CNC machine in one piece.

Big true tunnel. These pics are from the place in FL that is doing the plugs and molds.

This is DCB in AZ.

Ok Tony I’m ready to make a deal on this exact boat. Just switch the orange for green. I know last we spoke I wasn’t ready to do a straight trade for the magic but I am now. Take my money!

42 ft sure seems like a lot of hull for 500s. I’d think 1550s.
Looking at that hull I'm not sure i see room for standard engines with big drives. Looks like an OB boat only but I have been wrong before.

Lost of boats this size running 450/500 power with great successes. @Tony DCB Boats could speak to the weigh difference between the M35/44 and these new boats. The new boats aren't as tall and I would imagine or hope they are lighter.

The market has changed I think most consumers are all about the big OB power and the simplicity and reliability it brings.

If I had the coin and money was not object I would absolutely be building a OB boat
