Cool to see her fired up again. Those Merc 900 SC motors are some of the best high performance motors ever made. Great HP and performance, but not so much that they ate themselves up.

Yeah I was wondering if the boat stands on it’s transom to get on plane. Those are huge!

I haven’t seen that boat in years. I remember when it was brand new it pulled into steamboat and I walked over to ask the owner about the tubes in the back which I now know are aerators, dude completely blew me off lol.

I saw some of the new DCBs this year had the aerators too, same exhaust hose setup. I guess it's the perfect material for it lol

It got bought couple years ago to be rebuilt up.
Owners father got sick so it sat unattended for a couple years.
It’s rough inside
Both motors running, dudes taking it out this weekend

Pretty sure DCB did not rig the powersteering reservoir like that. I bet that is a lot of fun to drive.

Interior is rough and some wood rot noted, hopefully it be restored in the future and the rigging cleaned up. The acceleration must be incredible.

New backseat - some bilge coat and she rolling again.
Family first, when a family member gets sick your priorities shift.
We lost my dad in 3 months time, so I get it.
My business suffered in that time.
