Custom Sprockets, Who makes?

Anyone know who can make some custom sprockets? looking for pricing.

My gear box shop makes sprockets (not sure this size) but looking for other options

Its a big sob, about 31.50" round. 132 tooth .750" thick.

Not sure why I didn't think of water jet for the blank. I still would need some machining after.

Yes waterjet will do it, i made a sprocket about that same size when i built that mechanical clock.

I just looked at my files, it just so happened to be a 132 tooth sprocket as well.

My sprocket was standard bicycle chain 0.500" pitch between pins. ended up being about 21.0" pitch diameter for that size chain.

I have made several chain sprockets, getting that pitch diameter dead on is key. It's not difficult, but that dimension needs to drive the rest of the drawing.

You need to determine that measurement first and foremost.
