The CRIT Tribal Council has issued a Resolution easing some restrictions on the Reservation effective September 1st. Among those being eased, is opening access to beaches and the River. The Resort and Casino will remain closed, until a plan that complies with HHS, CDC and Tribal guidelines in submitted and approved by the Council.

As far as River access, this includes ALL properties on the Res on both the AZ (Bluewater housing, Bluewater Lagoon and CA (Lost Lake, Aha Quinn, Big River, River Shore Resort/Estates, etc.) sides.

Restrictions on large gatherings (more than 10 people inside/25 outside) and 50% occupation mask and distancing guidelines for restaurants and other venues remain in effect.

Seasonal residents who reside in any of the Mobile Home, RV Parks, housing developments or have a homesite lease on the reservation can access their residences after September 8th. That applies just to members of the immediate household of the lessee.

Very similar to Phase 1 of the Chemehuevi (Landing) plan from May.

Any mention of opening the reservation for hunting and fishing?

Since Hunting and Fishing were specifically mentioned in the original closure resolution, and the new resolution said they were opening EXCEPT FOR XXXXXX, and the XXXXXX did not include Hunting and Fishing, I am presuming it will now be allowed. You can call CRIT F&G for the status for a definitive answer. (928) 669-9285

It will interesting to see if the parks fill up wall to wall with snowbirds. I cant image an outbreak with all those old folks on Parker hospital.

What are the odds that CRIT would still grant a permit or have the casino open for the BITD race in late October?

This is good news.

Anyone have any inside information about Twin Palms in Blythe? I've heard rumors that its another Red Rooster story, but haven't actually heard from anyone inside the park or in the know.

CRIT doesn’t control the water, they just control how you get on it...
correct, As I've been told, they just fine you $1,000.00/day/person on the boat when they see your reg.# and/or locate you when pulling out.
Like the whole DEMOCRAP m.o....it's all about stealing your $$$ and control of your life however possible.

I have a suburban but I think it needs a fuel pump. I use to shore launch my skis all the time.

My pick up is 4WD but with street tires, Samarai would be an adventure.
Used to launch my old pontoon with the Sami, tried it with the big one, knowing it wasn’t a good idea, and going down the ramp I had to put in first and dump the clutch( in 4 wheel low) to get it to stop!

I want it in writing that we can use the water
so you still think they care about what they say or write? lol...that's funny.
Like the feds, they will do as they damn well please when and how they choose regardless of what's "right" and most certainly if your white.
I sure hope we can move past this b.s. covid game they are playing.

Oh no, I know they don't care! That's why it isn't spelled out clearly in the new resolution. And that pisses me off! I just want to go boating from the park that I pay space rent at.

I know, I'm asking for a lot lol
