Buy once, cry once.

If the boat is nice have the interior done by someone that can keep to the original Hallett patterns and finish (Like Hallett/Nordic). If you put a knock off interior in it definitely makes anyone looking at the boat go "wtf is with this interior" if you are selling it.

Any Hallett that comes up for sale with a funky interior you are always thinking about what else is wrong with the boat, In my opinion anyway.

Also alot of these cheap interior guys don't know how to build frames or seats that last. The foam goes dead, the wood starts breaking down, the mounting bolts are shit, etc, etc etc.
This, all day long. It's like looking at a classic 911 and someone put in VW seats and interior

Call Rene at riverside boat upholstey. If it’s simple he can keep costs down and best out the competition.
Is he the guy in the Hills? If so, that's who did mine. I forgot his name, My glass/gel coat guy hooked me up

I'm looking at a 2000 Hallett 210 open bow, pretty clean but original upholstery cracking/split here and there.
Can you guys give me an idea what it would cost roughly to redo in So. cal. or Havasu, no structural or anything, probably just plain white to keep it reasonable.
Thank you very much.
Hit up Dane at D1 in Havasu. He has a grey interior out of a 210 that could be had for... free Just came out of my boat.

No, someone else did.
I'm still looking. Might sell my Bronco to get a new truck so I can tow a bigger boat.
