Traxxax makes some really nice scale toys.
I've had there nitro cars in the past and they were crazy fast.

I made my own about 6 years ago. I hand painted the body and it's based off an old school mid motor RC10 with a new SC10 front arms, a REEDY 6 pole 3600kv motor and 150a speed controller. I wanted it to look like a Funco and came pretty close I think.
