We just put in a buck stack the block. Add rebar and pour it. Remove buck. Easier to stucco or ad stone to it.

On the ICF houses I built we used a lot of the window and door bucks. Every opening.

Put 2 sticks of #4 over the opening. Use bond beams instead of regular block. They have have the notch for the rebar.
