Anyone know the 12/22 CRA transfer fee amount? Reading this forum, it would appear to be 1400-1800?
We purchased in 2014 or 2015 (not near the paperwork now) and have a Silver Plus, 21/7

We are selling our Colorado River Adventures Silver Plus membership. 3 weeks in/1 out (21/7) plan. Paid $10,490 seven yrs ago but family issues keeping us home.
21/7, free 30 days per year, 1 week free cabin, $449 annual maintenance fee and access to nine US parks plus El Golfo. $5000 or offer. Reach out to [email protected] if interested.
No interested in help selling/no scammers- I’m not stupid. Thx

They are really blowing the transfer fees up to keep people from buying them, if you get anywhere close to 5k you will be doing really good, I sold mine 5 year ago with a 5th wheel included for 5k. They require a sale meeting upon transfer for new owner and the guy that purchased mine got suckered into dropping another 10k.

I just got word from CRA that total transfer fees are like $1250 (975 and 275).
Regarding everything else, time will tell.
I viewed a website where the AVERAGE seller of a CRA membership (there were 28 folks selling total through that 3rd party) were asking $5300, and their memberships were (14/7).
I’ll let this simmer awhile. I’m not absolutely convicted that I want to sell. We really like it there and have met so many friends but our lives are changing up here.
Thx for the reply

Not sure we will sell. I took a maintenance freeze this year (allowed 1 year of not paying the annual 449 dues)/contract. This buys us time to consider whether we wanna come down from central Oregon in January to visit our friends. We are really torn between staying up here and tending to the snow or breaking away for a month or so to enjoy the sun. I think we would sell if an acceptable offer came. Although we paid 10 to 11000 thousand 8 years ago I’ll bet, now, it’d take 15K plus for a membership - kinda like you said in your previous post.
I’d probably take a little less than 5K but we will see if we even get an offer.
