Few years back, I had a Chippy pace me in the oncoming lane for a almost a mile on Rice Road. I was doing 60 when I passed him (he was oncoming in a blind curve) and I slowed down to around 55. Don't know if he was checking out my registration, possible theft deal or just was digging the boat. He never pulled me over. But I was definitely white knuckles at the wheel. I originally was only 5 over the limit but other than that had done nothing illegal. Fuckin weird...
