So i am having some more issues with my gage cluster on my chevy. My oil pressure gage is pegged at 80 psi. The other morning the fuel gage was showing empty when i was still at 3/8th of a tank of fuel.

I do know there are companies that will repair your gage cluster to fix the stepper motor issues that plagued chevy/gmc in the early to mid 2000's. I was wondering if anyone has sent out their gage cluster to be repaired to fix this problem. And if you did, what company did you use and were you happy with it?

I do know there are kits out there to fix it yourself, but, i don't have the time to do that.

I use H&H auto parts there an AC Delco wholesale distributor and they sent it out somewhere. They've done about a dozen for me with zero issues

I sent mine out to a place in Utah a number of years ago. Perfect service and has been working flawlessly since. I will try and track them down.

Sent mine to an eBay seller, all new stepper motors and changed lighting. Works perfectly. $65

Look for a mobile repair guy, I found a guy when I was working in N. County San Diego, came to the job site 1 hour later he had them all repaired. About $ 135.00 as I recall....6 or 7 years ago.

Did it myself really easy to do. Got a kit off Amazon. Dash panel pops off then about 5 screws and it is out.

I've installed two since the first of the year from an eBay seller (matched vin and mileage) In Cali, I used to use a speedo shop out in Riverside. They did old and new stuff for me, sometimes a mix of the two.

I never thought of asking RDP brain trust about this issue, my dash in the money maker has been dead for 6-7 years it’s a 2005 Chevy 2500HD runs great but no gauges and sometimes no dash lighting, thank god the fuel light pops on when I get low on fuel!

I’ve been wanting to get it fixed forever!

I had a mobile guy come to my house and he fixed my gauges in about an hour. I’m not sure how much he charges now but a few years ago he charged like $60 I think. His name is Al 714-240-5225.

This guy is mobile and did mine for $150. Offers a 5 year warranty. Took him about an hour.
