Cheetah Fast Cat rear seat disassembly question

Has anyone seen or know of a place that has dissembled the rear seat on a 24' Cheetah Fast Cat ? I'd ideally like to be able to simple pull off the top piece ( arrow pointing to it ) but of course can remove then whole thing if / as needed.....but just want to repair that top 'bolster strip'. Any insight or direction most appreciated.
