IF i WANTED TO CHANGE A HONDA out board to a mec out board,... what would it take and who could do it in havasu or????

Shouldn’t be very difficult.

I have no experience of Hondas, but in general, the things to look out for are:
* pulling or pushing throttle
* shifter positions - particularly reverse on a counter rotating engine
* wire harness color conventions
