Casita build......

Finally picking up steam and getting rolling on our casita build. Wild watching these guys frame in 115 degree heat. Pool dig is scheduled for October 15. Place is a dusty mess but I can’t complain at least we are making progress.

What part of town? How big is your property, looks like a good size lot.

I'm sure I'm preaching to the choir with you, but as a general public service announcement, if you are adding an additional structure to your property, please please please make sure you add it to your home insurance policy before construction is started. An agent in my office is dealing with someone who was about 1 week away from completing their guest house when it burned to the ground and hadn't updated their policy yet.

We are in the foothill estates, our lot is 1.5 acres.

We are in the foothill estates, our lot is 1.5 acres.

My parents just moved in last week off Tranquilla, decided to add Casita mid build with attached 24x30 garage. He’s glad he did! Yours looks bitchin! Might have a better view too!
