As everyone knows, cell service in the Parker AZ area is very unreliable. Running a customer service oriented business that includes cell service is extremely frustrating at times. Looking ahead to what we hope is going to be a busy Labor Day, River Express has taken pro active steps to make sure you can get thru to us without fail.
Our new phone number is toll free. 1-877-604-TAXI. (The old number is good too but read on) Please use this number whenever you can. When you call that number, five separate phones across the Parker area ring simultaneously. If for one reason or another, the call goes to voice mail, leave a voice message. The message will be delivered via email and text messages to 4 of the 5 lines within minutes. Please be patient.
If you connect to the toll free number and get disconnected for some reason, a text and email will deliver your phone number to 4 separate phone lines. We will be notified that you called and will call or text you back. Redundancy is the only way we feel your calls will always be attended to. River Express considers accessibility to our dispatch system a top priority.
The other option is texting the 928-575-6008 number. This number will always be active.
PLEASE call River Express back if you haven?t heard from us within 5 minutes to accommodate you.
Our mission is to provide a safe transportation alternative for you to move around the river community and make it as reliable and user friendly as possible. On Labor Day weekend, our goal is to respond and have you picked up in a street taxi within 15 minutes of your call. We are working non stop to dial in logistics that will make this happen. The water taxi can?t move as fast as a street taxi, so the 15 min thing doesn?t apply but response time is still important to us.
Remember, the street taxi?s are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In the very near future, The street taxi?s will be metered like larger communities.
The water taxi is available until 2:30 am or until the last person is off the beach and back home.
