I live in Commiefornia and I agree with Trump. The funding he referring to is in regards to firefighting costs, not FEMA funding which allows homeowners and business owners to rebuild.

If California can afford to fund Illegal Aliens at $20 Billion per year, and ignore vital services like forest fire abatement why should the rest of the country have to supplement the costs?
