Sounds like a good business model for a couple young people. Instead of towing your vehicle, they drive to your location and one of them just drives your vehicle home for you.

There used to be kids with 2 stroke scooters that would drive anywhere in town throw the scooter in the trunk and drive ya home.. I haven’t seen them in years though.

As far as a legit biz model.. the insurance they’d have to carry to be able to do that would squash the 100.00 mark pretty fast. Tow trucks already carry all of that so it makes sense.. 100.00 for a ride and a haul with a beer stop is about as good as it gets IMO

Why not just Uber or Lift to the bar, then Uber home, and not have to worry about bring a truck. It can’t be that much money.

Or like mentioned get AAA. I have the Premier with RV, and my wife also is Premier. I think it’s round $200 a year for the both of us. We each get 4 tows up to 200 miles, and the RV gets a total 8 tows or extractions, using our two memberships. Two tows for 200 miles, the rest 100 miles. If I was going to take the RV across the country, I’d probably get Good Sam as I’m told their RV coverage & services is better then AAA. But for a drinking & tow service, AAA is fine. 😂

I wasn’t at a bar.. I went to a friends house to talk about some biz, then the kids were in the pool and then I went in the pool then 2 beers turned into 12.. lol.

The point of the thread was just to say if you are out and ended up drinking more than ya should have to drive home it’s a 100.00 problem.. which is about the same cost an an Uber to and from anywhere.

Honest. I would have never of thought of calling a tow truck to get my vehicle home after drinking. I usually take 2 Ubers and hope my car is still where I parked it.
