Another cool find is to download an app called CARR (California Road Report), my Caltrans buddy told me about it, it has every live traffic cam in the area you are in.

I'll check that out. Caltrans Quickmap has an App as well. What's cool for me, is I can tell when it's about to loosen up. The green/red deal on Google Maps just tells you when it's effed, not when it will be better...

I can also tell if it's just one lane, and which one.

Does CARR have non state ROW cameras?
