Besides using muriatic acid, what do you use to get the calcium deposits off your props and make them shine again?

Nothing I have tried so far will touch this. I can take my finger nail and scratch it off. Actually did clean the backside of two blades this way, but it takes a long time. This prop was run at Havasu until I bought it. Looking last night and found Flitz Instant Calcium, Rust and Lime Cleaner. Anyone tried this stuff? Would toilet bowl cleaner work? I think he wants closer to $300.so is the prop for sale since this is posted in the for sale section? I'll start the offers at $1 and a bag of cool ranch dorritos.
Why didn't you want to use muriatic acid?Besides using muriatic acid, what do you use to get the calcium deposits off your props and make them shine again?
No real reason, just thought is might be too corrosive (to the finish) to use straight. Ate up my garage floor (etched it) when I used it years ago.Why didn't you want to use muriatic acid?
