It was 19 here the other morning at 6. Clear skies and dead silent...

Then one of my roosters woke up, which in turn woke up a few of the neighbors cows. They woke up the donkey down the road...and then it was on

Someone got some sheep and goats nearby apparently as well.

I'll deal with the livestock over traffic, and the cold wakes you up pretty quick if the sounds don't

It's -6 F here in corn country. Always amazes me when people complain that it's going to get cold or snow around here. It December in Iowa and they are upset it might get cold and snow? The gov't should offer free transportation to move some of the whiners to another state. So you say California has wonderful weather?

It has been rather nice here the past couple of days. @Tank must have shared some of his warm weather with us out here in the desert. It is rather nice today and the heat in the garage is making working in the garage in the early am much easier.
