I watched the live feeds at his Coachella performance this year. My first wife did the Jane Fonda pregnancy workout for the entire terms on our first and second kids.
First one she gained like 17 pounds. Doctors were pissed at her for unhealthy low weight gain.
When she gave birth it was like seeing a bowling ball exit her stomach. A week later there was zero evidence of ever being pregnant.
It was uncanny.
She ate very well, it was that work out tape twice a day that did it.
Oh, and she was an absolute 10.
