It's not that big imo.....it fOlds up for storage too. This room in the pic is about 11x14 and plenty of space around. It would definitely work in a smaller room. I have a bunch of other things in there as well.

So for rough guestimate.....in the pic....that room is just below 12X14.......That outlet behind the bike is centered.....so about 6'........and then length wise......there is a window to the left.....midway is about 7'.....and it doesn't go past that window.
